So it would make sense to think that the layout of your kitchen can have a positive or negative effect on your health goals.
If you can check off seven of the ten questions below, you're doing great! If not, what can you change?
- Salad is served before the main course.
- The main dish is pre-plated and served from the stove/counter.
- Your dinner plates are 9-10 inches in diameter.
- You eat sitting at a table with the t.v. turned off.
- There are 2 or less cans of soft drink in your fridge at all times.
- Your kitchen counters are organized
- Precut fruits/veggies are in the middle of your fridge shelf.
- At least 6 servings of protein are in your fridge. ie; eggs, yogurt, Etc
- Your snacks are in a cupboard and out of sight.
- Fruit is the only food sitting on your kitchen counter.
